Auctions That Work, Inc., is the premier eBay drop-off store on the Gulf Coast that specializes in selling items for individuals and businesses, on eBay and through other channels. More than just an eBay drop-off store, Auctions That Work, Inc., has a large facility that allows for the processing of large amounts of inventory from businesses, estates, and fundraisers. If you consider yourself business minded, friendly with customers, computer savvy, and having the ability to work in a fast paced environment, we may have a job for you! We currently have a part-time and a full-time position available. The part-time position involves eBay auction processing, which includes communicating with buyers and sellers, researching and writing item descriptions, photography, auction management, packaging/shipping and working with walk-in customers. Experience in a customer service or operations management position helpful. Knowledge of business, the internet, and eBay is also helpful. Job may require lifting up to 70 lbs. Growth opportunities exist. The full-time customer service position will involve most facets of the business which include: communicating with buyers and sellers, researching and writing item descriptions, photography, auction management, packaging/shipping, working with walk-in customers, and some outside marketing/networking. At least one year of experience in a customer service or operations management position required. High School diploma or equivalent required, a college degree is a bonus.
